It looks like Kafe Pushkin, located in Moscow, Russia was the main inspiration for the creation of Kafe Dostoyevski map in Rainbow Six Siege.
Take a look at these images, and find striking similarities with certain areas in Rainbow Six SIege. Besides the beautiful design in the real Cafe Pushkin also serves delicious foods and deserts.
I commend Ubisoft for creating such a wonderful replica of the cafe, filled to the brim with details from the original. Just take a look at the cafe, the stairs, the fireplace and the Kafe in winter! There is a striking resemblance.
